Shooting in Valrico

Just as I was about to get off of work on Sunday, I was sent to Valrico, Fla. to check out the scene of a man who was shot and killed over a dispute at a basketball court. Rumors were flying of what happened. Long story short, a man was playing basketball with his daughter when an older neighbor came out of his house to yell at some teens who were skateboarding at the courts. The man, David James, defended the teens that were skateboarding and got in an argument with the neighbor and the neighbor shot and killed James. This has been big news in Tampa because the police didn't arrest the shooter until yesterday and it's still a little unclear why they neglected to arrest him until today. The police department is getting a lot of flack for this and it's still an ongoing investigation. We'll see what comes about.
